2. About NESPORTS FOUNDATION

NESPORTS FOUNDATION is a Section 8 company registered under the Companies Act 2013 (CIN: U88900AR2024NPL014171), dedicated to supporting athletes and sports development in Northeast India.

3. Donations

All donations made through this website are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Donations are processed securely via Razorpay.

4. Tax Benefits

Donations to NESPORTS FOUNDATION are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable limits. Tax receipts are issued automatically via email upon successful payment.

5. Monthly Sponsorships

Monthly "Adopt an Athlete" sponsorships are recurring charges that continue until cancelled by the donor. You may cancel a recurring sponsorship at any time by contacting nesportsf@gmail.com.

6. Applications

Submitting an internship or volunteer application does not guarantee acceptance. We will contact shortlisted applicants directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of NESPORTS FOUNDATION unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

NESPORTS FOUNDATION is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
