Talent Scouting
Our scouting trials identify promising athletes from underserved districts across Northeast India, connecting them with elite training academies and sponsorship opportunities.
- 64 athletes scouted for elite training
- 10 girls placed on full scholarship
- 3 athletes selected for international representation
“This is the first time a Pre-Event Psychology Workshop has been conducted for athletes heading to a national-level event. Such sports science support plays a critical role in an athlete's development, and we plan to continue this for future participants in zonal, national, and international tournaments.”
— Shri Gumnya Karbak, Director, Sports Authority of Arunachal
